Newzander uses an escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers. When a buyer makes a purchase, their payment is held securely until they confirm they have received their order in satisfactory condition.
1. Buyer places order and pays with USDT or from their Newzander wallet. 2. Funds are locked in escrow — neither buyer nor seller can access them. 3. Seller ships the order and marks it as shipped. 4. Buyer confirms delivery once they receive their order. 5. Funds are released to the seller immediately after confirmation. 6. If buyer does not confirm within 14 days, funds are auto-released to the seller.
Buyers are protected against: non-delivery of items, items significantly different from description, counterfeit or fake products. Buyers have 14 days after the seller marks an order as shipped to confirm delivery or open a dispute.
Sellers are protected against: false claims after delivery confirmed, chargebacks (crypto payments are irreversible), fraudulent buyers. Once a buyer confirms delivery, the transaction is final and funds are released.
If there is a disagreement between buyer and seller, either party can open a dispute. Newzander admin will review evidence from both sides and make a final decision within 3-5 business days. The decision is binding.
If a buyer does not confirm delivery or open a dispute within 14 days of shipment, funds are automatically released to the seller. This protects sellers from buyers who go silent after receiving their order.
Refunds are issued to the buyer's Newzander wallet. Processing takes 1-3 business days after admin approval. Refunds are only granted in legitimate dispute cases.
