Refund Method
All refunds are issued in USDT to your Newzander Marketplace wallet. You can:
- Use the balance for future purchases
- Withdraw to your cryptocurrency wallet (minimum $10)

- Refunds are processed in USDT at the original transaction value
- We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- Transaction fees may apply to withdrawals

- Size/color exchanges for the same product
- Exchange for different product of equal value
- Store credit instead of refund
