Refund & Returns Policy

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your item was not delivered within the expected delivery window
• Your item arrived significantly not as described in the listing
• Your item arrived damaged or defective (reported within the dispute window)
• The seller cancelled your order without fulfilling it
• You received a counterfeit or inauthentic item
• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after receiving an item that matches its description
• Buyer error (wrong address provided, wrong variant selected)
• Disputes submitted after the 7-day dispute window has closed
• Digital products that have been downloaded and accessed (see Digital Products Policy)
• Perishable goods that have been consumed or past their use-by date
• Custom or personalized items made to the buyer's specifications
• Transactions conducted outside of Newzander's Platform

Where a return is required as part of a refund resolution:

1. Newzander will provide return instructions through the dispute platform
2. Buyer ships the item back using a tracked courier service
3. Seller confirms receipt of the return
4. Refund is processed within 5 business days of confirmed return receipt

Return shipping costs are borne by the seller in cases of seller fault (wrong item, damaged item). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer in cases of buyer-initiated returns where the item matches its description.
