Important: Newzander Marketplace is a marketplace platform. Each vendor sets their own return and refund policies. This page outlines our platform-wide guidelines.

1. General Return Policy

Returns and refunds are handled by individual vendors according to their specific policies. Before making a purchase, please review the vendor's return policy displayed on the product page.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are generally accepted if:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Item received is significantly different from description
  • Item was not delivered
  • Return is requested within the vendor's specified timeframe (typically 14-30 days)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, the following items typically cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Find the order and click "Request Return"
  3. Select the item(s) and provide a reason
  4. Upload photos if item is damaged or defective
  5. Wait for vendor approval (typically 24-48 hours)

5. Refund Process

Approved Returns

Once a return is approved:

  • You'll receive return shipping instructions from the vendor
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of approval
  • Vendor inspects the returned item upon receipt
  • Refund is processed to your wallet within 3-5 business days

Refund Method

All refunds are issued in USDT to your Newzander Marketplace wallet. You can:

  • Use the balance for future purchases
  • Withdraw to your cryptocurrency wallet (minimum $10)

6. Cryptocurrency Considerations

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions:

  • Refunds are processed in USDT at the original transaction value
  • We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations
  • Transaction fees may apply to withdrawals
  • Refunds cannot be sent directly to external wallets

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns depend on the reason:

  • Defective/Wrong Item: Vendor covers return shipping
  • Buyer's Remorse: Buyer typically covers return shipping
  • Vendor Policy: Some vendors offer free returns

8. Dispute Resolution

If you and the vendor cannot agree on a return:

  1. Open a formal dispute through your order page
  2. Provide evidence (photos, messages, etc.)
  3. Newzander Marketplace will review and mediate
  4. Our decision is final and binding

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your Newzander Marketplace wallet balance
  2. Contact the vendor first
  3. If unresolved after 7 days, contact Newzander Marketplace support

10. Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective items:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage/defect
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Do not use or alter the item further

11. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled at the vendor's discretion. Many vendors offer:

  • Size/color exchanges for the same product
  • Exchange for different product of equal value
  • Store credit instead of refund

12. Cancellations

Order cancellations before shipping:

  • Contact vendor immediately through order page
  • If not yet shipped, full refund is typically available
  • Once shipped, follow return process

13. Platform Guarantee

Newzander Marketplace guarantees:

  • Fair dispute resolution
  • Protection against fraud
  • Assistance in communicating with vendors
  • Refunds for undelivered items (after investigation)
