To qualify for Seller Protection on a specific transaction, the following conditions must be met:
If a dispute is resolved against you and you believe the decision was incorrect, you may submit a formal appeal within 14 days of the decision. Appeals must include new evidence not previously submitted or demonstrate a material error in the review process.
