Prohibited Products Policy

The following items are strictly prohibited on Newzander under any circumstances:

1.1 Weapons & Dangerous Goods

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and military-grade weapons
• Knives with blades exceeding applicable legal limits for commercial sale
• Chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear materials
• Hazardous materials not permitted for consumer sale

1.2 Illegal & Controlled Substances

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
• Drug paraphernalia
• Prescription medications without valid pharmacy authorization
• Synthetic drugs and novel psychoactive substances

1.3 Counterfeit & Infringing Goods

• Counterfeit goods bearing unauthorized trademarks or brand logos
• Pirated software, media, or digital content
• Goods infringing patents, copyrights, or trade secrets
• Items misrepresented as authentic branded products

1.4 Financial Instruments

• Counterfeit currency or financial documents
• Unregistered financial securities or investment products
• Ponzi scheme, pyramid scheme, or fraudulent investment offers
• Stolen financial account credentials or payment card data

1.5 Human & Animal

• Human body parts, organs, or tissue
• Protected wildlife products (CITES-listed species)
• Live animals without appropriate licensing
• Ivory, rhino horn, or other prohibited wildlife products

1.6 Adult & Explicit Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate law enforcement referral
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Sexually explicit content except where explicitly permitted in approved adult categories

1.7 Hacking & Surveillance Tools

• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or hacking tools
• Unauthorized surveillance devices (covert cameras, keyloggers)
• Stolen account credentials or personal data

The following items may be listed only with prior written approval from Newzander and proof of appropriate licensing:

• Medical devices and equipment
• Food supplements and nutraceuticals
• Alcohol and tobacco products (where legally permitted)
• Regulated financial products
• Legal adult content
• Second-hand luxury goods
• Import/export regulated goods
