Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Sellers may not list, sell, or promote products that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. This includes counterfeit goods, replica items bearing unauthorized brand marks, and pirated digital content.

Newzander reserves the right to remove any listing suspected of IP infringement and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

2.1 Submitting a Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please send the following to legal@newzander.com:

• Your full legal name, company name, and contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work or trademark allegedly infringed
• URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Newzander
• Statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• Statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• Statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

2.2 Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, Newzander will: review the notice, take down or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is facially valid, notify the accused seller, and provide the seller with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@newzander.com containing: your identity, identification of removed content, statement under penalty of perjury that removal was erroneous, consent to jurisdiction of appropriate court, and your signature.

Following a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Newzander terminates the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We define a repeat infringer as any user against whom three or more valid takedown notices have been filed within a 12-month period.
