Digital Products Policy

The following digital product categories are permitted subject to applicable restrictions:

• Software applications and plugins (must be original or properly licensed)
• Ebooks, guides, and written content
• Design templates, graphics, fonts, and visual assets
• Music, audio files, and sound effects (must hold distribution rights)
• Photography and digital artwork
• Educational courses and training materials
• Scripts, code templates, and developer tools
• Digital gift cards and vouchers (from authorized issuers only)

Sellers of digital products must:

• Deliver the product within 24 hours of payment confirmation (automated delivery preferred)
• Provide clear download instructions or access credentials
• Ensure delivered files are virus-free, functional, and as described
• Provide reasonable support for product use and delivery issues
• Re-deliver promptly if the original delivery fails through no fault of the buyer

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered and accessed. Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

• Product was not delivered within the stated timeframe despite payment confirmation
• Delivered product is materially different from its description
• Product is non-functional and seller has not resolved the issue within 48 hours
• Product contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Seller misrepresented licensing rights included with the product

Sellers must hold all necessary rights to distribute the digital products they list. Products must clearly state the license type (e.g., personal use only, commercial license, extended license). Buyers receive only the rights explicitly granted by the applicable license; purchase does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated.
