Buyer Protection Policy

Newzander's Buyer Protection covers the following scenarios:

• Item Not Received: You paid but the item was never delivered within the expected timeframe
• Significantly Not As Described: The item received is materially different from what was listed
• Damaged or Defective: Item arrived damaged or in a condition inconsistent with the listing
• Counterfeit Item: Item received is not authentic as represented by the seller
• Incomplete Delivery: Order was partially fulfilled — missing items, accessories, or components
• Unauthorized Transaction: You did not authorize the purchase

1. Go to your order in My Orders
2. Click "Open Dispute" within the dispute window (7 days of confirmed delivery)
3. Select the reason for your dispute and provide supporting evidence
4. Wait for seller response (48 hours) or for Newzander mediation (3–5 days)
5. Receive resolution — refund, replacement, or partial refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. USDT refunds are processed as new outbound transfers to the buyer's registered wallet address. Shipping fees are refundable when the item is not received or when the seller is at fault.

Buyer Protection does not apply to:

• Disputes submitted outside the eligible dispute window
• Buyer's change of mind after delivery of a correctly-described item
• Damage caused by buyer after delivery
• Digital products that have been downloaded and accessed
• Transactions conducted off the Platform, outside our escrow system
• Disputes involving prohibited items or fraudulent orders
