Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct required of all users of the Newzander Marketplace platform. Compliance with this AUP is mandatory and forms part of your agreement with Newzander.

The Platform may be used to:

• Browse, search, and purchase products and services from verified vendors
• List and sell lawful products and services as an approved vendor
• Communicate with buyers and sellers through the Platform's messaging system for legitimate transaction purposes
• Leave honest, good-faith reviews and ratings for completed transactions
• Access account information, order history, and platform tools for their intended purpose

3.1 Fraud & Deception

• Creating false or misleading product listings, descriptions, or images
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or business credentials
• Manipulating review or rating systems through fake purchases or incentivized reviews
• Submitting false dispute claims or fabricated evidence
• Using stolen payment credentials or financial fraud

3.2 Platform Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Circumventing the escrow system to conduct off-platform transactions
• Unauthorized automated access, scraping, or API abuse
• Introducing malware, ransomware, or harmful code
• Attempting to compromise platform security or other users' accounts

3.3 Harmful Communications

• Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward other users or Newzander staff
• Spamming other users with unsolicited commercial messages
• Sharing personal contact information of other users without consent
• Attempting to lure buyers or sellers into off-platform transactions

3.4 Financial Crime

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds
• Financing or facilitating terrorist activities
• Sanction evasion or transactions with restricted persons or entities

All content submitted to the Platform must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Content must not contain: hate speech, discriminatory language, sexually explicit material, violent or threatening content, or personal information of third parties without consent.

Newzander reserves the right to remove any content, suspend any account, and report any activity that violates this AUP to appropriate authorities. Our moderation team actively monitors the Platform for AUP violations.
